2. ACC2 is an approved service account. Do not call it waste or remove its license.

3. ACC3 has undocumented purpose and SKU-LEGACY with no matching purchased SKU/mapping. Keep purpose and SKU evidence gaps separate.

4. Do not subtract unknown SKU-LEGACY from SKU-A capacity or recommend cancelling security capabilities.
