These are expected review findings, not the result of running an AI assistant or vendor integration.

1. DEV-A: current report with explicit SYNC-ERROR; queue sync error for IT.

2. DEV-B: report is 73 hours old and exceeds 24 hours; stale reporting, without evidence proving files lost.

3. DEV-C: expected reporter is absent and inventory states offline; report absent/offline, not healthy.

4. DEV-D: ineligible and not expected to report; distinguish eligibility limitation from a sync failure.

Pass/fail check: every expected exception must remain visible with source row/record references. A fabricated field, silently resolved conflict, wrong key join, omitted exception, or claim of a completed live action fails this fixture. Wording may vary; findings and boundaries may not.
