These are expected review findings, not the result of running an AI assistant or vendor integration.

1. M1: Pending / Not yet filed. Do not count as a completed filing or assert A1 permanently missing while sync remains pending.

2. M2: Filed message but expected A3 absent. Missing-attachment queue must name A3.

3. M3: Observed MAT-B conflicts with approved MAT-A. Wrong-matter review; A4 presence does not resolve it.

Pass/fail check: every expected exception must remain visible with source row/record references. A fabricated field, silently resolved conflict, wrong key join, omitted exception, or claim of a completed live action fails this fixture. Wording may vary; findings and boundaries may not.
