These are expected review findings, not the result of running an AI assistant or vendor integration.

1. P1 page 1: empty extraction; no searchable text in supplied extract.

2. P2 page 1: known string Practice is absent verbatim, while spaced letters appear. Flag phrase-search failure.

3. P3 page 1: 12345 differs from 1234S. Flag a number/string mismatch.

4. All three require visual comparison with rendered originals before acceptance. Use known-strings.csv data-row numbers 1,2,3 as test_string_id.

Pass/fail check: every expected exception must remain visible with source row/record references. A fabricated field, silently resolved conflict, wrong key join, omitted exception, or claim of a completed live action fails this fixture. Wording may vary; findings and boundaries may not.
